'Synthesis' exhibit features work of U-M graduating seniors
April, 2012
A culmination of a year-long course whereby students explore a range of traditional and new media, “Synthesis” offers the public an engaging look at the impressive scope of creative work of University of Michigan Art & Design graduating seniors.
The art, which includes film, installation, painting, sculpture and mixed media, was created in the students’ Integrative Project course, an innovative exploration that has yielded a contemporary and distinctively generational sensibility.
The exhibit is April 12-May 1.
“Synthesis” features artwork exhibited in U-M and Ann Arbor venues. For a complete listing of the artists, time and location of venues, events and performances, please visit http://art-design.umich.edu/exhibitions/special/synthesis#students
